This policy covers the website reelzpro.com. Each ReelzPro app has its own privacy policy, because the apps handle more data than this site does. For Dub-zi, see the Dub-zi privacy policy.
Who is responsible
The controller under the GDPR is the person named in our Impressum. Contact: [email protected].
What this site collects
Almost nothing. This site has no sign-in, no forms, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising, and it loads nothing from other companies: fonts and images are served from our own domain.
Hosting and server logs
The site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages). To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data of each request, such as your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser's user agent. Cloudflare keeps this data only briefly and acts as our processor under a data processing agreement. Cloudflare may process data in the USA; it is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
When you email us
If you email us, for example with the “Notify me at launch” button, we receive your email address and what you write. We use it only to answer you or, for launch requests, to write to you once when the product launches. We delete launch requests after the launch email, and other emails when the conversation is finished, unless the law requires us to keep them. Our email is hosted by Zoho Corporation B.V. in the EU. Legal basis: your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- get a copy of the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15);
- have it corrected (Art. 16) or deleted (Art. 17);
- restrict how we use it (Art. 18), and receive it in a portable format (Art. 20);
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests (Art. 21);
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what was done before;
- complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example the one in the German state where you live or where we are based.
